Child Safety Standards

PlanShare Social is operated by SageNest Labs Private Limited. These are our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Zero tolerance

Child sexual abuse and exploitation of any kind is strictly prohibited on PlanShare Social. This includes CSAM, sexualisation of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to solicit or arrange contact with a minor for sexual purposes. There are no exceptions and no warnings: accounts involved are removed.

Who the app is for

PlanShare Social is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and accounts we identify as belonging to minors are removed.

How to report

Any user can report child safety concerns from inside the app, without needing to contact us first:

Report User — on any public profile
Report Event — on any event detail screen
Report Comment — on any event comment
Report Message — on any direct, group or event chat message

Users can also Block User from a profile and manage blocks in Settings → Blocked Users.

To report outside the app, or to reach us as a parent, guardian or authority, email sagenestlabs@gmail.com with the subject line "Child safety report". Reports sent to this address are prioritised over other support mail.

How we respond

Reports of child safety violations are prioritised ahead of other report categories. Where a report is substantiated we remove the content, terminate the accounts involved, and preserve the associated records as required for reporting to authorities.

Reporting to authorities

Apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the appropriate national authority. For users in India this includes the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement in child safety investigations.

Compliance

These standards are published in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and the applicable CSAE requirements for social apps. We review them as the service and applicable law change.
