Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using PlanShare Social, a service operated by SageNest Labs Private Limited, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PlanShare Social.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum digital-consent age that applies where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in codes and devices, and promptly report unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant SageNest Labs Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve PlanShare Social. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share your content.

4. Community safety

Do not use PlanShare Social to break the law, impersonate others, harass or threaten people, share exploitative or sexually explicit content, infringe rights, spread malware or spam, scrape the service, evade access controls, or disrupt PlanShare Social. You can block users and report content where those controls are available. We may investigate, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content and suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement.

5. Events and third parties

PlanShare Social helps people coordinate; it does not organize, supervise, endorse, or guarantee user-created events. Hosts and attendees are responsible for event accuracy, safety, permissions, conduct, and compliance with local law. Third-party places, links, maps, and services have their own terms and policies.

6. Expenses and settlements

Expense, balance, and cash-settlement features are record-keeping tools. Unless a separate payment service is clearly presented, PlanShare Social does not move money, hold funds, extend credit, verify that an offline payment occurred, or guarantee repayment. Users are responsible for checking entries and resolving disputes.

7. PlanShare Social property

SageNest Labs Private Limited and its licensors own PlanShare Social, its branding, software, and original service content. These terms do not grant you permission to copy, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit them except where applicable law expressly permits it.

8. Service changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict or terminate access when you violate these terms, create risk, or when required by law. You may stop using PlanShare Social and delete your account from Settings. Provisions that logically need to continue after termination will survive.

9. Disclaimers and liability

PlanShare Social is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation. To the extent permitted by law, SageNest Labs Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. These terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will provide notice when required. Continuing to use PlanShare Social after updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to sagenestlabs@gmail.com. These terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel as the service and launch regions expand.
